Questions or concerns?
For account, payment, privacy, copyright or likeness concerns, contact us through the support page.
These policies apply to the MyAIVideo site you are visiting. Use the contact details on this page for account, order or privacy questions.
1. Scope and eligibility
These terms cover this site under the MyAIVideo brand, including accounts, uploads, video tasks and credit purchases. Read these terms and the AI content policy before use; the privacy policy explains data handling.
You must have the age and legal capacity required to enter a contract where you live. Users who do not meet those requirements must not independently make purchases or submit personal photos. You must be authorized to act for an organization.
2. Accounts and security
Sign in with an email address you are authorized to access. Protect verification codes and signed-in sessions, and contact support about suspected unauthorized access. Do not share codes or use another person's account.
Your email identifies your MyAIVideo account. Your credits, purchases and creation history are associated with that account. Credits are for use with MyAIVideo and cannot be transferred to another account.
3. Credit packs, prices and expiry
Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Check this site's pricing page and Stripe checkout for the price, currency, credits and final total. Credits are for this site's services and are not a deposit or tradable currency.
Purchased credits expire 365 days after the corresponding order is created. Check your account for the exact expiry date and available balance. Expired credits cannot be used.
The required credits are shown before you submit a task. Credit charges and returns are recorded in our transaction records; available balances and credit lots can be checked in your account.
4. Payment issues and refunds
A failed generation automatically returns the credits consumed by that task to their original batches, retaining their original expiry dates. Credits that have expired or have been reclaimed following a cash refund are not reissued. A credit return is different from a cash refund to your payment method. A completed result that does not meet a subjective preference does not automatically trigger a credit return or cash refund.
For duplicate charges, missing credits, service faults or other refund concerns, send your account email, order number and a description to support. We will review the payment status, usage and applicable law to determine an appropriate resolution; no arbitrary universal claim deadline is imposed.
These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Refunds are handled according to the payment status, service use and applicable law.
5. Inputs, outputs and rights
You retain existing rights in your source material and grant only the permissions needed to provide, store, deliver and protect the service and handle support requests. Uploading does not transfer ownership of a photo or likeness, or authorize us to feature your photo in advertising.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for photos, likenesses, trademarks, music and other inputs. Possessing a photo file does not by itself establish permission from the person shown.
We do not guarantee that AI output is original, exclusive, copyrightable or free of third-party rights. Before commercial use, check input permissions, rules applicable to the selected tool and the publishing channel. Buying credits does not grant rights in third-party material.
6. File access and service limits
Download and save your files promptly. Availability depends on the videos currently shown in History; you can request a new temporary download link when a link expires.
Download links expire. Anyone who obtains a valid link may be able to access the file, so do not publicly share links to private material. This site does not provide a permanent backup or guarantee that files can be recovered.
Tools, settings and processing times may be affected by capacity, maintenance and third-party availability. Examples are creative references, not a promise to preserve a person's appearance, an original motion or scene, or a particular output quality.
7. Misuse and appeals
Do not use this site for infringement, fraud, malicious impersonation, illegal content or attacks on service security. The AI content policy provides specific content rules. We may restrict related content, tasks or accounts to address credible reports, safety risks or unlawful activity.
If you believe a restriction or billing action is mistaken, request a review by email with your account, task or order reference and reasons. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full card details.
8. Updates, concerns and contact
Updates will state their effective date. Material changes to the service or data handling will be explained through an appropriate site notice or other applicable means. Continued browsing does not replace separate consent where the law requires it.
Contact us with details of any concern about the service or these terms so we can seek a resolution. These terms do not require you to waive remedies or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
These policies apply to the MyAIVideo site you are visiting. Use the contact details on this page for account, order or privacy questions.
1. About this policy
This policy explains how MyAIVideo handles personal information when you browse, sign in, purchase credits or create videos. Contact the email below with privacy questions.
2. Information we handle
Accounts and communications: your email address, sign-in verification and session records, and information you send to support. Verification codes are processed for sign-in; do not include them in support requests.
Creative content: uploaded photos and the information they contain, prompts, selected settings, task status, results and error records. Photos may contain faces or embedded metadata. Avoid uploading identity documents, sensitive personal information or unauthorized photos of others.
Payments and billing: orders, packs, amounts, currencies, credit transactions, refunds and payment event information returned by Stripe, which may include billing contact information. Card details are handled on Stripe-hosted pages; this site does not ask for full card numbers in creation forms.
3. Visit, device and attribution analytics
We record IP addresses, country or region, the browser user-agent, inferred device type, browser and operating system, visit times and page paths. Location is approximate and based on your network exit point; inferred device information may be inaccurate.
We also record landing pages, referring domains, acquisition channels and UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content parameters to understand acquisition and conversion. Do not put sensitive personal information in UTM parameters or page addresses.
After sign-in, earlier visits associated with the same browser visitor identifier may be linked to your account for attribution, conversion analysis and troubleshooting. These records may identify or be linked to you and are not fully anonymous.
The visit analytics script does not read keystrokes, verification codes or form contents. This site currently uses first-party analytics without third-party advertising trackers. Sign-in and creation features still process the email, verification code and prompt you intentionally submit.
4. Cookies and browser storage
User sign-in sessions have no automatic server-side expiry. The sign-in cookie lasts up to 400 days and is renewed when your sign-in status is checked. Signing out, session revocation or browser cookie removal requires signing in again. First-party analytics uses a visitor cookie for 180 days and a visit-session cookie for 30 minutes; later visit events may refresh those analytics cookie lifetimes.
Browser local storage remembers your language selection and dismissal of the language suggestion until changed or cleared. Session storage also temporarily holds a request fingerprint and operation identifier to help prevent duplicate task submissions; it does not store the plain-text prompt or photo for that purpose.
You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser settings, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in from persisting. Clearing browser data or signing out does not automatically delete server-side history.
5. Purposes and access
We process this information to authenticate sign-in, handle uploads and tasks, deliver files, manage billing and refunds, respond to support, analyze acquisition and prevent fraud and misuse. Applicable grounds include providing the service, legal obligations, legitimate interests and consent where required, depending on local law.
Authorized operations or support staff may view relevant account details, input photos, prompts, task results and logs to resolve faults, complaints, security and billing issues. Uploading content does not by itself authorize public display or marketing use.
Files are delivered through temporary signed links. Someone who holds a valid link may access the file, so treat the link as information that needs protection.
6. Providers, model processing and transfers
The service uses Cloudflare hosting, database and file storage, and a connected email service delivers sign-in messages. Stripe handles hosted checkout and related payment information; its privacy policy explains its processing.
Depending on the available tool you select, processing may involve providers needed to deliver that tool. Content retention and any model improvement use by a provider are subject to its applicable rules and processing arrangements. When a provider is enabled or its processing arrangements materially change, we will explain the relevant arrangements and update this policy as needed.
Service providers may process information outside your country or region. We do not promise storage in one country only; applicable transfer conditions and safeguards must be addressed where the law requires them. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities or necessary parties to comply with law, protect safety or address rights disputes.
7. Retention and deletion
Cookie lifetimes are different from server-side retention. Uploaded files, task records and visit analytics currently have no automatic periodic deletion schedule, and there is no assurance that all data is erased after 30 days. Save work you need and contact us by email to request deletion.
You can request deletion by email. We will verify identity, relevant records and applicable obligations, assess the request and explain the handling and any necessary retention. Billing, refunds, security, disputes or legal requirements may require some records to be kept. Inactivity or credit expiry does not automatically delete them.
8. Your requests and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy or deletion of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us from your account email with the request type and relevant site. We may request reasonable identity verification.
Submit requests by email; one-click deletion and self-service export are not available. We will verify and assess requests under applicable law and explain limitations, reasons for refusal or available review routes. You may also complain to a competent regulator.
9. Minors, security and updates
The service is intended for people legally able to use and purchase it independently. Do not submit a minor's personal information without proper authority. A parent or guardian may contact us to review and address an improper submission.
We use access controls and expiring file links to help protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact support promptly about suspected disclosure or unauthorized access.
Policy updates state their effective date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, with consent obtained where required by applicable law.
10. Privacy contact
Use the subject “Privacy request” and include your account email, this site's address and request details. Do not send verification codes, passwords, full card details or unnecessary identity documents.
These policies apply to the MyAIVideo site you are visiting. Use the contact details on this page for account, order or privacy questions.
1. Synthetic content, not a record of events
AI video uses algorithms to generate or alter imagery. A person's actions, speech, surroundings or events in a video should not be treated as real conduct, statements or events, or as that person's endorsement of this site or a product.
2. Limitations and human review
Outputs may contain errors in appearance, anatomy, text, physical motion, continuity or sound, and may resemble other users' outputs. We do not guarantee identity consistency, precise character replacement, motion replication, factual accuracy or identical results on repeated attempts.
Review results before downloading, sharing or commercial publication. Examples and promotional materials illustrate creative directions without guaranteeing a tool, speed or result, and must not be relied on for legal, medical, financial or other professional decisions.
3. Source material, likeness and commercial use
Only upload material you own or have valid permission to use. For a real person, obtain likeness and privacy permissions appropriate for AI processing and your intended use. A publicly available photo or public-figure status is not blanket permission.
Do not submit material for deceptive impersonation, false endorsement or harm to others' rights. Check copyright, trademarks, music and likeness permissions before commercial use. This site cannot license rights on behalf of their owners or guarantee exclusive or copyrightable output.
4. Prohibited uses
- Infringing copyright, trademarks, likeness, privacy or other legal rights.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, pornography or any sexualization of minors.
- Fraud, identity abuse, false endorsements, fabricated evidence, deceptive news or political manipulation.
- Harassment, blackmail, hate, incitement to violence or misuse of personal information to harm others.
- Bypassing safeguards, accessing accounts without authorization, attacking the service or other unlawful activity.
5. Disclose AI generation when publishing
When sharing a video that could be mistaken for a real person, statement or event, clearly disclose “AI-generated” or “synthetic content” and follow platform and legal labeling requirements. Do not obscure its synthetic nature with vague wording or remove applicable provenance labels.
This site currently does not provide automatic AI watermarks or content-credential verification. You remain responsible for appropriate disclosure when publishing. A label does not cure infringement, unauthorized likeness use or other prohibited conduct.
6. Reports, restrictions and review
To report infringement, unauthorized likeness use or other abuse, send the relevant page or task reference, a description, your contact details and the information needed to establish your rights or authority. Do not forward illegal imagery itself or unnecessary sensitive material.
We will review reports and may restrict relevant content or accounts. You can request a review through the same email if you disagree. This site does not guarantee automatic detection or prevention of every violation.
