These policies apply to the MyAIVideo site you are visiting. Use the contact details on this page for account, order or privacy questions.

1. About this policy

This policy explains how MyAIVideo handles personal information when you browse, sign in, purchase credits or create videos. Contact the email below with privacy questions.

2. Information we handle

Accounts and communications: your email address, sign-in verification and session records, and information you send to support. Verification codes are processed for sign-in; do not include them in support requests.

Creative content: uploaded photos and the information they contain, prompts, selected settings, task status, results and error records. Photos may contain faces or embedded metadata. Avoid uploading identity documents, sensitive personal information or unauthorized photos of others.

Payments and billing: orders, packs, amounts, currencies, credit transactions, refunds and payment event information returned by Stripe, which may include billing contact information. Card details are handled on Stripe-hosted pages; this site does not ask for full card numbers in creation forms.

3. Visit, device and attribution analytics

We record IP addresses, country or region, the browser user-agent, inferred device type, browser and operating system, visit times and page paths. Location is approximate and based on your network exit point; inferred device information may be inaccurate.

We also record landing pages, referring domains, acquisition channels and UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content parameters to understand acquisition and conversion. Do not put sensitive personal information in UTM parameters or page addresses.

After sign-in, earlier visits associated with the same browser visitor identifier may be linked to your account for attribution, conversion analysis and troubleshooting. These records may identify or be linked to you and are not fully anonymous.

The visit analytics script does not read keystrokes, verification codes or form contents. This site currently uses first-party analytics without third-party advertising trackers. Sign-in and creation features still process the email, verification code and prompt you intentionally submit.

4. Cookies and browser storage

User sign-in sessions have no automatic server-side expiry. The sign-in cookie lasts up to 400 days and is renewed when your sign-in status is checked. Signing out, session revocation or browser cookie removal requires signing in again. First-party analytics uses a visitor cookie for 180 days and a visit-session cookie for 30 minutes; later visit events may refresh those analytics cookie lifetimes.

Browser local storage remembers your language selection and dismissal of the language suggestion until changed or cleared. Session storage also temporarily holds a request fingerprint and operation identifier to help prevent duplicate task submissions; it does not store the plain-text prompt or photo for that purpose.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser settings, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in from persisting. Clearing browser data or signing out does not automatically delete server-side history.

5. Purposes and access

We process this information to authenticate sign-in, handle uploads and tasks, deliver files, manage billing and refunds, respond to support, analyze acquisition and prevent fraud and misuse. Applicable grounds include providing the service, legal obligations, legitimate interests and consent where required, depending on local law.

Authorized operations or support staff may view relevant account details, input photos, prompts, task results and logs to resolve faults, complaints, security and billing issues. Uploading content does not by itself authorize public display or marketing use.

Files are delivered through temporary signed links. Someone who holds a valid link may access the file, so treat the link as information that needs protection.

6. Providers, model processing and transfers

The service uses Cloudflare hosting, database and file storage, and a connected email service delivers sign-in messages. Stripe handles hosted checkout and related payment information; its privacy policy explains its processing.

Depending on the available tool you select, processing may involve providers needed to deliver that tool. Content retention and any model improvement use by a provider are subject to its applicable rules and processing arrangements. When a provider is enabled or its processing arrangements materially change, we will explain the relevant arrangements and update this policy as needed.

Service providers may process information outside your country or region. We do not promise storage in one country only; applicable transfer conditions and safeguards must be addressed where the law requires them. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities or necessary parties to comply with law, protect safety or address rights disputes.

7. Retention and deletion

Cookie lifetimes are different from server-side retention. Uploaded files, task records and visit analytics currently have no automatic periodic deletion schedule, and there is no assurance that all data is erased after 30 days. Save work you need and contact us by email to request deletion.

You can request deletion by email. We will verify identity, relevant records and applicable obligations, assess the request and explain the handling and any necessary retention. Billing, refunds, security, disputes or legal requirements may require some records to be kept. Inactivity or credit expiry does not automatically delete them.

8. Your requests and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy or deletion of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us from your account email with the request type and relevant site. We may request reasonable identity verification.

Submit requests by email; one-click deletion and self-service export are not available. We will verify and assess requests under applicable law and explain limitations, reasons for refusal or available review routes. You may also complain to a competent regulator.

9. Minors, security and updates

The service is intended for people legally able to use and purchase it independently. Do not submit a minor's personal information without proper authority. A parent or guardian may contact us to review and address an improper submission.

We use access controls and expiring file links to help protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact support promptly about suspected disclosure or unauthorized access.

Policy updates state their effective date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, with consent obtained where required by applicable law.

10. Privacy contact

Use the subject “Privacy request” and include your account email, this site's address and request details. Do not send verification codes, passwords, full card details or unnecessary identity documents.
